Who we are
Comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment for adolescents and adults
Ambrosia was founded in 2007 with a mission to provide truly individualized substance abuse treatment to every person who enters one of our programs. That mission extends beyond our facilities for older adults, emerging adults, and dually diagnosed populations — it includes connecting each client with the right clinicians, types of therapies, aftercare services, and peer support.
We understand that addiction can be a chronic, life-long illness and that lasting recovery takes a comprehensive plan. From medical detoxification through residential treatment and outpatient programming, Ambrosia provides a full continuum of care that sets our clients up for success.
Unlike many facilities, Ambrosia is a psychiatrist-led center that emphasizes evidence-based, research-backed treatment and therapies, delivered in a private, non-institutional setting.
Adult mental health treatment is provided at the Neuroscience Institute at Ambrosia in West Palm Beach. Adult addiction and dual-diagnosis treatment is provided at Ambrosia Treatment Center on Singer Island. Adolescent treatment is provided in Port St. Lucie at The Academy.
