Review the Schedule
Rebalance Your Body
Medical & Psych Assessments 3x Week
You consult with a doctor to discuss physical symptoms caused by withdrawal from drugs or alcohol and any other ailments. The medical doctor will craft a personalized plan to maximize health and reduce the chance of ongoing health-related issues.
Anti-Craving Medications As-Prescribed
Anti-craving medications can be life-changing in early recovery. By minimizing the chances of a potential relapse, clients are free to focus on core issues and begin the process of inner healing.
24/7 Registered Nurse As-Needed
In case of an emergency, a nurse is at the Port St. Lucie rehab at all times to deal with issues promptly. Medical assessments are also done by a Registered Nurse to monitor the effectiveness of medication and address any other health problems.
Mental Health Medications As-Prescribed
Medications for underlying mental health issues – like anxiety and depression – help balance the brain. The more stable you feel, the better your chances of staying sober.
Stop the Obsession
Small Group Therapy 6x Week
Therapists lead sessions with 4-10 people to discuss everyone’s personal stories and struggles. The intimate setting allows everyone to open up and give advice to one another. This peer feedback carries more weight than hearing it from just the therapist. Small groups also help build relationships with peers that are instrumental in maintaining sobriety after treatment. Everyone learns to keep each other and themselves accountable.
Trauma Therapies (neuro-science & TMS) 1x Week
For individuals who have experienced trauma, specialized Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (neuro-science) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) can be life-changing. TMS stimulates the brain with non-invasive magnetic waves. neuro-science uses lights to stimulate the relaxed state of REM sleep while clients process painful memories.
Music Therapy 1x Week
Self-expression through music therapy gives you a welcome break from the stressors of early recovery. Open-ended activities, such as listening and lyric analysis, promote fellowship and unity among clients so that they are more receptive to further spiritual treatment.
Brain Mapping 2 x Month
Using neuro-technology, specific parts of your brain are measured to see where you brainwaves become “stuck.” This allows us to accurately diagnosis issues like depression or anxiety quickly and with precision. It also allows us to measurable track your progress.
Education Therapy 1x Day
You learn how addiction impacts the mind and how it supersedes the dependence on a substance. Various topics are discussed that help you in all aspects of recovery; such as managing emotions, changing behaviors and balancing life with recovery.
One-On-One Therapy 1x Week
Highly individualized, one-on-one sessions with a therapist allow you to discuss feelings in a comfortable and personal setting, separate from other distractions. Aftercare plans are also constructed with the therapist to increase the chances of a full and lasting recovery.
Art Therapy 1x Week
Art therapy allows you to feel a sense of achievement and freedom through creativity. Art is an alternative outlet expressing feelings you are unable to express with words.
Neurofeedback Therapy 1 x Week
It sounds fancy (and it is). This treatment shows you the ebb and flow of your brainwaves and challenges you to change the activity levels. Some frequencies you aim to strengthen, while others you want to eliminate. It’s a way to re-wire your brain at the core.
Build a Healthy Life
Massage 1x Week
Stress and anxiety are extremely detrimental to recovery. Massage therapy is a great tool for stress relief and teaches you to relax and live in the moment; one of the most important skills to learn in overcoming addiction.
Gym Visits 1-2x Week
Strengthening the body through physical exercise increases confidence and releases the tension built up from substance abuse. It also can alleviate withdrawal symptoms, such as restless legs and insomnia.
12-Step Meetings 7x Week
12-Step meetings are vitally important in the early stages of recovery. Going to a meeting every day helps you get used to a routine. And, it helps you feel more comfortable sharing and being a part of the fellowship. By the time you leave treatment, these behaviors are natural.
Chiropractic Adjustment 2x Week
Chiropractic care helps to align the patient’s spine correctly and has been known to balance the bodies levels of serotonin and dopamine. Both of these neurotransmitters are severely affected by substance abuse. The chiropractor will target the needs of the individual and administer care, restoring the body to its natural equilibrium.
CrossFit Classes 1x Week
CrossFit provides a healthy distraction from the hard work of therapy. It’s a time to appreciate your strength, find encouragement and physically release your emotion. Intense exercise naturally triggers positive chemicals like serotonin without needing drugs or alcohol. Because the CrossFit community is accepting and supportive, it’s an ideal activity to incorporate into your life after rehab.
Fun Outings 4x Week
Having fun in recovery is essential to long-term sobriety. Activities such as bowling, the beach or visiting a park allow you to experience fun without the use of mind-altering substances. Because it’s a drug rehab for young adults only, you’ll make friends that can stop you from isolating after you leave.
Common Questions and Concerns
Do I need treatment?
If you’re asking the question, the answer is almost always yes. Most people who struggle with addiction spend years trying to convince themselves (and others) that they don’t need help. Denial is a symptom of the disease.

Whether it’s at our Port St. Lucie rehab or not, don’t let excuses get in the way of turning your life around.

I've never been to treatment.
Going to rehab for the first time can feel scary, but it’ll be so much better than you’re thinking. Treatment is not a prison or a waste of time. It’s a place for real healing.

You can expect a lot of therapy, mixed with relaxation, self-reflection and even some fun. Literally, everyone you meet understands what you’re going through.

The bottom line is, don’t worry! You’re in good hands here, surrounded by comfort and support.

PS – In case it’s a better fit for you, our West Palm Beach location specializes in intensive trauma and our other Florida program is specifically for adults (age 30+).

I am not from the area.
Because we’re one of the best centers in the country, people come from all over to finally find permanent sobriety.

Florida is known for sunshine and healing. Port St. Lucie specifically is a serene town that sits on the Atlantic coast of South Florida, about two hours north of Miami.

When you remove yourself from distractions and old habits, you’re able to focus on the issues behind the drugs and alcohol. Whether you can’t stop relapsing or you’re looking for a fresh start, take a vacation from your addiction. Come out refreshed and ready to get your family, health and future back on track.

I don't know enough about it.
