Registered Nurse On Call Available 7 Days a Week

Because health issues can arise anytime, a Registered Nurse is available to promptly address medical concerns, conduct regular check-ups, and help individuals with medication compliance.

Medical Check-Ups 5 Days a Week

Proper medical and psychological care is a huge part of recovery, and it starts in treatment. Our Nurse Practitioner is on staff to provide medical evaluations and psychological treatment for all individuals, ensuring a thoroughly safe stay.

Small Group Counseling 1x Day

Therapy is provided on an intimate basis with an assigned counselor and a small group of peers, allowing the individual to become better acquainted with their therapist and establish a closely-linked support group within the treatment population.

Personal Therapy Sessions 1x Week

Clients meet with their assigned therapist once per week for one-on-one therapy sessions, providing guidance through direct feedback. This allows individuals to see that their needs are met for aftercare while allowing their counselor to track progress within the rehabilitation process.

Group Sessions 2x Day

A variety of topics are presented in an educational, yet engaging format. Individuals will learn everything from 12-step principles to relapse prevention, taught by clinical staff, guest speakers, and alumni.

Recovery Mentor Program Daily

A qualified Recovery Mentor sets an example for individuals by sharing their experience, strength, and hope. Someone who has been through addiction and is in recovery connects with a fellow addict on a deeper level, allowing clients to witness real-life examples of sobriety in action.

Family Group 2x Week

A family lecture series and support group (held on Sunday afternoons and Tuesday evenings) provide a chance for family and friends to be educated and begin the healing process themselves. Learning how to mend relationships is a crucial part of recovery, and addicts and their loved ones are taught the steps and how to get the process started.

12 Step Programs 7x Week

Attendance of 12 Step meetings while in treatment gives those in early recovery a chance to discover these programs and learn how to network with others who are also sober. Since most addicts find it difficult to attend their first few meetings alone, going with a group can be an extremely useful introduction.

Mindfulness Meditation Daily

Practicing meditation allows individuals to accept their circumstances, be content with their situations, and begin the limitless journey of spiritual growth in sobriety.

Fellowship in Recovery Weekly

Early sobriety can be stressful at times. It is important for those at the beginning of the process to realize that they are not alone and there are plenty of fun to be had while living a substance-free lifestyle.

The medical staff was phenomenal. They met all of my needs and I felt like I could go to them whenever I needed to. Everyone was kind and showed an appreciation for what they were doing. The doctor even took the time to explain addiction and how it affects your body.

When I came to Ambrosia, I had been to fourteen other treatment centers. I walked in thinking that it was going to be just like the other places, but I had a completely different experience here. Every one of the people who worked there seemed to care, and that made such a big difference during those first 30 days without drinking.

Ambrosia changed my sister’s life, it’s like she is a whole new person. They helped me too, and I’ve let go of so much anger and resentment that I had built up over the years. I still keep in touch with the family counselors when I have a question or need some advice.

I was nervous about leaving, but the people in charge of aftercare made me feel a lot more comfortable. They took their time with me and really helped me get to a place where I was excited to start building a new life.

Not ready to call?

I don’t know if I need treatment.

You’re here because you know the problem is out of control. You’ve spent months if not years trying to convince yourself (and those around you) that your drug or alcohol use isn’t “that bad.”

Don’t let denial drag out the suffering. Addiction is serious. You can (and should) get help before it completely takes over your life.

I don’t know what treatment would be best.

Have you tried getting help before? If so, it’s time to follow the science. The most effective process involves detox, rehab and outpatient treatments.

Don’t be overwhelmed! All you have to do now is call to talk about where you’re at. You’ll take it one step at a time from there. Before you know it, you’ll be sober. You can do this!

I can’t convince my loved one to go.

Even if you’re feeling powerless, there’s always hope! Donny, our dedicated ARISE interventionist, can talk to you today about your options. Following his advice, three of every four people come directly to treatment.

I'm not sure if you can help.

Feelings of doubt and helplessness are part of addiction, but you can find hope here. Our treatment is backed by research partnerships with two universities and hundreds of online reviews. From the Washington Post to CNN to Vice News, our expertise is trusted by the top news sources, as well as professional athletes.

The fact is — thousands of people across the country are living sober, productive lives after their time here. You deserve the same chance.

Now is not a good time.

You may worry about missing out on family or work, but the truth is you’re missing out now when your thoughts are preoccupied on your next fix or you’re too sick or high to show up.

Your job is guaranteed by law. And, your spouse, parents and kids all need you sober.

I have more questions.

It’s normal to have tons of questions, especially about your specific situation, insurance or how it all works. Why not get your questions answered now?
