"Does insurance pay for detox?"
Asked by HopetrackerA3 Seen by 189
I know rehabs take insurance; we've already been through that process before. My daughter needs detox this time, or she doesn’t stand a chance at staying in treatment long enough to get better. Does insurance cover detox like a 30-day rehab? Click here to report this post as inappropriate. flag

It depends on the type of insurance plan, and you can call your insurance company to find out. For a faster response, you can call 888-492-1410 and give them your insurance number; they do all the work for you. They will call you back with all the information you need, including what is covered: detox, inpatient and outpatient care and what out of pocket costs you may have.
